A WhatsApp message informed the group members that there would be a zoom meeting in the night; At 9 in the night, the more than four of us were present for the zoom family meeting; our parents & more than one siblings! Our parents announced they wanted to start a bed & dinner locale, & the meeting took a turn, however it took us all by surprise, but if that meant they would not sell the house, we were all on board… They told us everything they planned to do to make the necessary swings. They had everything covered apart from the HVAC upgrade. The up-to-date unit, even though it was a quality HVAC, was old, & they needed to upgrade it. It had served them for more than fifteen years because they never failed when it came to official air conditioning maintenance to help with indoor comfort. It was good that one of our siblings, air conditioner professional, had upgraded the old regulator with a digital temperature control in the past year. The meeting became a discussion about the up-to-date air conditioning method that would best suit their up-to-date venture, however my father had insisted that Keith, our sibling, take care of installing the electric heat pump, still, since she lives far from them, she advised them to call the local indoor comfort supplier so that a cooling specialist could go to their beach house & supply the official quotation & tell them the number of ductless mini-split units that they needed, then she promised them they would not have to call the cooling company for the first air conditioning tune-up; she would be the first air conditioner worker to maintenance it.
