I just went for my chilly swim in the sea this week after not doing it for almost a week, & wow was it ever cold! I just checked online & it said the water temp is 58F & dropping over the next week. I think it will get down to around 50F, which is especially chilly but also particularly unbelievable for my mind & body. My joints have taken a true beating over the years & I am hoping that supplementation with glucosamine & collagen will help them a bit. The heating machine supplier, who helped me over the years doing space gas furnace sales & duct cleaning, informed me that he had a lot of success with the supplements & that I should give them a try for many weeks to see if they help. So that is what I am going to do to see if I get any relief. I just want to be able to work on heating & cooling technology & to be able to carry geothermal heat pumps up a flight of stairs without being in miserable pain. I guess I am going to need new knees if this doesn’t work, although I am going to have to wait a while on that because they cost way too much.
