He told me, no thanks, I’m staying up north.
It genuinely still amazes me how bizarre my husband and I are when compared to each other… The saying opposites attract truly is how it is for us. My husband is a cat person, while I am a serious dog lover. My husband likes anything involving instruments and making songs, while I couldn’t care less and I like to garden during my free time, which my husband doesn’t care for. Another difference is the fact that my husband wanted straightforward and relaxing clothes, but I like anything designer. Anyways, despite our differences we did share a lot of similarities as well… we both enjoyed philosophy, plus having conversations about the paranormal side of the world. At the end of the year, we planned on celebrating our anniversary by taking a trip down to the southern states. Our holiday was going to be bungee jumping, as that was another thing we both had in common, we both enjoyed the thrill and adrenaline of doing dangerous activities. Our holiday was enjoyable and by the end, I found myself having the desire to stay in the southern states. I completely enjoyed the heat and warmth all afternoon. When I told my husband this information, he looked at me like I was a crazy person. He told me, no thanks, I’m staying up north. So I know that was another difference between us, he enjoyed the cooling of the northern states, meanwhile, I easily enjoy the heating of the southern states. So to help compromise, I ended up using the oil furnace system way more in the northern states. With the oil furnace appliance, it almost felt as if we were on holiday again.
