My fiance as well as I bought a small condo that every one of us do the snow bird thing with, during the frigid season every one of us are down south in our little house.

Lately I have been noticing the temperature varies quite a bit in the dining rooms. I had complained to my fiance for months how overheated our beach house was in the summertime. I felt care about the AC was never doing its task. I recently discovered my fiance’s dining room is so much colder. His room is technically not as high up in the air as well as has tile walls. He does have a room that is at the back of the house too. So it does get some shade. My dining room gets exposed to more sunshine. It shouldn’t be that much hotter though right? I am wondering if there is an issue with our cooling system. I think perhaps the ductwork might be obstructed to my dining room. I want to have an icy frigid AC at night as well!
