My hubby plus I purchased a small lake apartment that every one of us do the snow parakeet thing with, during the frigid season every one of us are down south in our little house.
I enjoy having smaller gardens to care for, a tiny apartment to clean plus not a lot of shrubbery to mow.
It is easier plus way less stressful. I have tried not to invest too much money into the lake apartment since it is supposed to be a quick getaway. However, I am thinking about replacing our air conditioning unit. My hubby plus I don’t share a room. He snores plus thrashes around at night. I am a light sleeper plus need a sound machine. The multiple dining room plus multiple bathroom apartment is perfect for us. Lately I have been noticing the temperature varies quite a bit in the dining rooms. I had complained to our hubby for months how warm our current home was in the summertime. I felt love the AC was never doing its task. I recently discovered our hubby’s dining room is so much colder. His room is technically not as high up in the air plus has cement walls. He does have a room that is at the back of the apartment too. So it does get some shade. My dining room gets exposed to more sunshine. It shouldn’t be that much hotter though right? I am wondering if there is an issue with our cooling system. I guess perhaps the HVAC duct might be jammed to our dining room. I want to have an icy frigid AC at night as well!
