I just had such a wonderful meditation session as it put myself and others in a deep state of relaxation plus now I know refreshed plus recharged.
This is how those ice cold sea water dips make myself and others know too but it is the middle of summer time plus cold sea dips are far off in the distant past till Wintertide rolls around again.
I suppose I fell asleep some while the two of us were in this meditation session although I did get into a great deep state of meditation before sleeping. It helps reset our mind plus teaches myself and others to have patience. The HEPA filter salesman at the outdated local company got myself and others into meditating before he passed away last year. I used to look forward to seeing him each day when I went for our walk beside the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier where he worked for so long. I still look for him when I walk by, hoping to see his smile but all I see is our reflection in the empty window. The store has since closed down plus has been empty since the outdated man passed away. He was a constant fixture there over the years plus a lot of the Heating plus Air Conditioning buyers came in to talk to him each day. I suppose he made it to 87 years outdated before dying so I know he had a pretty great run. A lot of our friends have passed away too, reminding myself and others to cherish life while I still have it. I’ll labor on our HEPA filter this week as it is dirty plus needs to be cleaned, reminding myself and others of the outdated man who I once used to know.
