Icing the Knees with Peas and Then Heating them With Hot Water

I have a good system for my knees and it is helping them heal very quickly when I am playing a lot of ball like I have been this summer.

After I play, I come home and ice my knees with a couple bags of frozen peas and then I heat them up with a couple bags of hot water. It really helps them recover fast when you use both cold and heat on them. If you have knee pain I suggest giving it a try, or any kind of joint pain for that matter. Also, my HVAC pro friend told me that he cut out all sugar and a lot of the joint pain he had is now gone. He told me his knees were hurting so bad that he had to take a few weeks off of work because he just couldn’t handle the pain. He was doing HVAC equipment installs and had to carry heat pumps and AC units up a lot of stairs and his knees were so bad that he could no longer do it. He said after stopping sugar and doing the hot and cold cycle therapy on the knees for a couple of weeks they were much better and he was able to start working again. I am doing the same thing on my knees because of too much volleyball and they are already feeling a lot better after two weeks of the therapy. I cut out all the sugar too and it is helping a lot.
