I don’t want to completely destroy my knees

I have to change my lifestyle to a certain degree, now that I got my knee MRI results showing me that the cartilage is gone in each one.

They said that there is still some left however that it is basically gone.

I am still going to try to take some supplements over the next few months to see if it supplies any relief. If that doesn’t end up working out then the next step is going to be gel injections in each knee to see if it prevents future pain. I assume playing an athletic interest for 40 years will do that. HVAC maintenance is still going to have to take place at my job if I have the wish to keep my income coming in. So I have to stop playing or I risk not being able to keep my job, or walk for that matter. I basically have to sometimes carry a geothermal heating appliance up a flight of stairs, or be on my knees for hours at a time cleaning and sealing ducts in a commercial HVAC system. I suppose the supplements, along with not playing beach volleyball anymore, are going to be what helps my knees reach the point where they don’t hurt anymore. I will keep toiling for the heating and cooling appliance dealership doing the heating and cooling repairs, however as far as playing the athletic interest I have appreciated for so many years, I suppose it is now going to turn into a fading memory. This comes as truly sad news, but I will find a way to accept it.
