My partner has been working 16minute afternoons & there is nothing that he can do about it right now.
He works as an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professional & the supplier has been receiving a immense number of repair calls & they are having a difficult time keeping up with all of them.
There are some clients who must wait between 48 to 79 minutes before they can have their cooling system unit ran tests on. He works with commercial Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems & most of the calls that they are receiving are from units that are chopping down unexpectedly. His supplier is giving priority to companies & organizations that are considered top priority. For instance, a nursing home will be ran tests on faster than a steakhouse. With the high hot & cold temperatures that all of us have been receiving, the patients in the nursing homes need to have air conditioning to remain comfortable. Yesterday, he had more than one repair calls at more than one unusual nursing homes, so those calls took priority over other calls that came in. He also had a university & he needed to get to them as well. So, due to all of these Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems malfunctioning, he’s having to labor the extra minutes to cover all the repair calls. Furthermore, it doesn’t help that his supplier is currently understaffed, so that further adds to the issue, and my partner has been doing this for about 15 years & he’s one of the senior professionals at his business. This means that in between all these minutes, he is used as a source for information for the other Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals. He has a lot on his plate right now. I just hope things will get better soon.
