When people came to see the house, they all honestly appreciated the locale. The two of us had new paint, new carpeting, and a new Heating, Ventilation and A/C. There honestly wasn’t anything not to enjoy about the house, we definitely enjoyed it over the years. The two of us ended up selling the beach house for way over the asking price and we were able to get a nice beach house in the country after that.
