When I went to visit our friend’s home for the first time, I couldn’t believe how comfortable it was inside. We both live in the city, which means rent is high and apartments are small and stuffy. His apartment was small as I expected, but he had it designed so appealingly and it felt much bigger than it honestly was. Besides the size though, I observed how wonderful the air quality was! Living in the neighborhood means a lot of air pollution and smells, however his lake house air was scrub and fresh, then it felt like I was walking into an genuinely separate world when I walked through the door. I asked him about the air, and he commented that nobody had ever picked up on it before. She said the landlord had honestly upgraded the entire heating and cooling plan a year prior and the air vents were upgraded four per year. This was abnormal for a lot of landlords in the neighborhood because most of them didn’t care enough, and my neighbor also said that he invested in a portable air cleaner. Thankfully the house was small, so he only needed one air cleaner. The air cleaner was mighty though because the air quality was impeccable. It was so fantastic that I began thinking about investing in the same air cleaner. I wasn’t sure if it was worth it though because I didn’t have a landlord who took such wonderful care of the HVAC system. However, this was also a strong reason to buy one as well!
