The dining room sink got replaced in addition to I even found her a cheap dishwasher online. The last thing I think that has to be fixed is the Heating in addition to A/C situation in the house. Her method is old in addition to going to die at any hour. Anyone who tours the home is going to notice the horrible heating in addition to cooling situation. She either needs to wait until the fall to try in addition to sell or get a current unit. The Heating in addition to A/C when on makes a horrible grinding noise.
