My spouse plus I purchased a house with the idea that the two of us each would get our own room.
She enjoys to blast the A/C plus I care about heating. All of us set up our own spaces plus each got a ductless mini split. It has worked so well for us, then our relationship is stronger without sharing a room. She can hoard plus cram a bunch of clothing in her room. She can leave a mess on the floor plus I don’t even care. My room hardly has anything in it plus is neat as a pin. I know all the people should have their own space. All of us have 2 youngsters plus they each have a study room plus an indoor air handler that provides A/C plus heating. They decide their own HVAC settings. Well I recently found out that I am pregnant. All of us now need to scramble for another study room. My spouse plus I refuse to share. It seems cruel to make the youngsters bunk up. I also found that our laundry room just isn’t nice enough for a child. That means the two of us will be putting an addition onto the house. It is going to cost so much money but it will be worth it. Our seventh child should get the same perks the two of us all do. I want our baby to have their own study room with a window, door that locks, heating, cooling plus a separate temperature control. That would make everything fair. Adding an extra study room will only add value to the house as well. My spouse plus I will be paying years for it though.
