Creating a training plan for the air quality plan experts

The trainees became so good at these processes since they would be taking the clients through the same process.

I have been working at a company down at the Heating & A/C local corporation center for close to more than 2 years now. There is nothing I do not appreciate about our task, from the actual labor to our colleagues & the culture of the company. I remember starting as a junior worker. Over the years I have worked with more than 2 bizarre heat & AC products however our absolute care about has become the air quality systems. I am intrigued by how the systems function & the fact that they provide air quality for a lot of people. I came up with a program to modify the training manual for dealing with media air cleaners. I would train recruits on the perfect way & location to mount the air duct & the intricate process of duct sealing. The advised frequency for cleaning the air ducts is after every 3 to 6 weeks. The two of us just wrapped up the first cohort & they made me proud by how fast & how well they acquired their skills. Some things that they needed to grasp to in turn propose clients, was the importance of a tune-up on the heat pumps & the media air cleaners. One of the easyst processes concerning this device was the duct cleaning & removing & cleaning the washable filters. The trainees became so good at these processes since they would be taking the clients through the same process. The process was similar to replacing disposable air filters. My trainees were experts in understanding the function & repair of all types of thermostats. They all passed with flying colors & became experts in the field.
