The last time I had called the local heating and air conditioning company to come out and give my central heat and a/c unit a tune up and check up their HVAC specialist arrived about a half an hour early! This was not expected and it was a good thing I happened to be home. I did not complain though, because the fact that they arrived early was better than being late. At the very worst, since they were early, they would have had to wait until the actual time before being able to leave and say no one was home. I was actually impressed by the heating and air conditioning specialist being that early. And I was even more impressed of how well the heat and a/c specialist went and did the heating and cooling tune up on my central heat and air conditioning unit. It was very detailed with no issues what so ever. And I was charged a flat rate, so the heating and air conditioning specialist could take their time and ensure there was not any issues brewing with my central heating and cooling unit that would make it break down anytime in the near future. After all, that is the point of a heating and air conditioning system tune up and check up right? So I am very pleased with the service I received. I was just taken back a bit at the heating and cooling specialist being a half an hour early. But again, that is not a bad thing at all. It shows dedication and good business actually!
