Better to be early

And I was charged a flat rate, so the heating & a/c specialist could take their time & ensure there was not any issues brewing with our central heating & cooling equipment that would make it chop down anytime in the near future.

The last time I had called the local heating & a/c business to come out & provide our central heat & a/c equipment a tune up & check up their Heating & A/C specialist arrived about a half an hour early! This was not expected & it was a good thing I happened to be home. I did not complain though, because the fact that they arrived early was better than being late. At the entirely worst, since they were early, they would have had to wait until the actual time before being able to leave & say no 1 was home. I was actually impressed by the heating & a/c specialist being that early. And I was even more impressed of how well the heat & a/c specialist went & did the heating & cooling tune up on our central heat & a/c unit. It was entirely detailed with no issues what so ever. And I was charged a flat rate, so the heating & a/c specialist could take their time & ensure there was not any issues brewing with our central heating & cooling equipment that would make it chop down anytime in the near future. After all, that is the point of a heating & a/c plan tune up & check up right? So I am entirely satisfied with the repair I gained. I was just taken back a bit at the heating & cooling specialist being a half an hour early. But again, that is not a bad thing at all. It shows dedication & good business actually!
