He didn’t hassle me about not taking care of my furnace regularly, even though it was clear the build up of dirt and debris inside was considerable. Still, I always made sure to change the furnace filters, so that was a good thing. Towards the end, he just told me to make sure to get my regular HVAC maintenance services for both my heating and cooling systems. I told him it wouldn’t be a problem, but I hoped he would be the one taking care of the services. He told me that if I enrolled into their HVAC service plan, I actually could request which HVAC professional I wanted. I didn’t hesitate to sign up and I have been enjoying the services ever since. I don’t have any issues with my heating and cooling systems these days. Even if they did break down, my HVAC expert would come out in no time to get everything back in working order.
