I was excited this spring because I would visit my mum, who lives in a farmhouse surrounded by vineyards.
I was looking forward to it.
I loved being in the vineyards and participating in crushing the grapes. I would also spend time with mum, whom I had not seen for a year. I finished up with my last job of the day: an HVAC installation at a hospital downtown. I work as an a/c serviceman for the local air conditioning company.
