My partner and I knew that we needed to get our heating and air conditioner plan upgraded, when we obtained this home, it came with the heating and air conditioner plan that was already a decade old! Thankfully, it had been well-took care of by the previous owner.

That was a long time to go without air conditioner! Still, our partner and I knew it needed to be done.
