Last week, our air conditioner stopped working. I was going about my day as I normally would and I realized that my home was feeling warm. I went to the control device to change the temperature when I realized that the inside of my home was five degrees warmer than what it was set to, but this did not seem right, I lowered the temperature by one more degree to see if it would do anything. It didn’t, and I began to grow worried. After waiting for an hour for my cooling system to power on and cool our house, I decided to call the heating and A/C company. I needed someone to come out instantly because it was getting hotter and hotter in our house. The heating and A/C professional arrived within a few hours and he instantly went to our control unit. He took the control device off the wall and instantly began fidgeting with the wires. After what seemed like an eternity, he came back to me and said that our cooling system was cooling the condo again. The heating and A/C professional had to rewire something with the control device because the connection that signaled our cooling system to run was lost. When the connection was lost, there was no way for our control device to communicate with the blower fans. It was a simple repair for him as well as I was ecstatic. I was so worried that I’d have to spend a lot of money or relocate until our AC plan could be repaired, but my cooling system was up and running again within a few hours.
