The afternoon started with a disfigured media air cleaner! I woke up & the first thing I noticed was the reduced air quality, however that early afternoon, I had to start with the duct cleaning process that involves cleaning the dust & dirt off the air filters & the air purification plan itself.
The process took me close to more than 2 hours since I also had to disinfect & substitute the washable filters. These activities took me a whole more than 2 hours which made me late for workâ€¦ My afternoon had not started on a good note & it did not get better when I got to work. I was welcomed by the shouts of an irate customer, then she had gotten the air duct installed a few weeks ago however it now needed fresh duct sealing which would cost him some currency. The workers that did the replacement were not from the local corporation & she now could not find them so her only option was to spend money new ones hoping they would do a better task. I sent our best servicemen with the customer to assist him, but as she left the store, another irate customer came in. She demanded to guess how heat & AC products worked because she had just gotten a new air quality plan installed & a week later the surfaces at the home were covered in dust. She needed a worker to disinfect the air ducts & repair the thermostat. I sent a repair worker with the customer to assist with the cleaning process. The two of us also threw in a complimentary tune-up for her heat pump which made him less angry, she even enjoyed it. It was long & it seemed everyone was in a poor mood, however our team & I powered through.
