I have a foggy brain! Well, not really, But, I consistently seem to forget important things.
One way I’ve tried to overcome this issue is to keep a detailed calendar on my iPhone.
I know having a calendar on my iPhone has been a lifesaver when it comes to toil plus my relationships. I once forgot my number one cousin’s birthday, plus he didn’t speak to me for two months. We are the best of friends so that was an eye opener. I now not only have his birthday on my calendar, however also other special afternoons so I don’t miss any of them. The calendar is also where I have all my notes for work, plus all projects I’m working on. So far, I’ve not missed any deadlines or forgotten tasks that I have to do each day. So, imagine my shock when this past Springtime I forgot to add A/C repair to my calendar. This is one of those tasks that I never want to skip knowing the heat plus humidity that comes with summer. But, it completely slipped my mind, plus I never had A/C repair on my calendar. Come summer, I woke up one morning on my off day soaking wet because my A/C was off. At first, I thought my buddy and I didn’t have any electricity, however the issue was the cooling system. I had to contact an Heating plus Air Conditioning business for same-day repair, however they could only fit me in for later in the afternoon. My property was getting warmer with every passing hour. I didn’t have a portable A/C plus stayed miserable until I had my A/C fixed.
