I’m down to four more stories to write before giving myself a little break.
I will do a meditation session in my cool office while my cats sleep at my feet.
They are actually relaxed cats plus spend most of their waking hours trying to find a place to sleep. We have a nice flat here plus it kind of feels like a buddhist monastery with the calmness that pervades the entire living space. I have a fantastic meditation section plus a fantastic yoga place for us, along with a lot of candles plus incense. The heating unit my pal and I use in the winter time keeps us hot while my pal and I do our yoga plus when the temps get actually hot my pal and I have a mini split air conditioner system unit in the bedroom where my pal and I practice the yoga routines. Today is a hot one plus I am going to relax in the flat for a while until it cools down a bit. I don’t have the heating plus A/C system running in the day yet because the temps aren’t high enough to warrant the use of it just yet, plus my little fans are doing a fantastic task of keeping me cool while I do my work online. I guess in a month or so it is going to be too hot for the fans plus I will have to bite the bullet plus run some cool air through the flat. The ductwork is definitely getting cleaned next week by this heating plus A/C worker plus my pal and I should be all set for the hot weather pretty soon.
