The two men worked on the boiler issue together & fixed the problem with ease
I heard a peculiar noise coming from the boiler, so I contacted the commercial Heating & Air Conditioning contractor that handles all of our heating & cooling needs, but i did not want the boiler to shut down in the middle of a task. I have a good relationship with the local heating & A/C business. I know the owner entirely well, & I get excellent service & good rates. I called the contractor when I heard their peculiar noise coming from the boiler. I spoke directly with the owner of the business… He told me that he was going to send a modern worker. I asked if the modern worker could handle the problem! The owner of the heating & A/C maintenance contractor told me that everything would be just fine, everything did not seem good when the young man looked like a deer in the headlights. He really did not seem like he had any idea at all how to fix the problem. In fact, I heard the young man on the iphone with another maintenance worker, then about 30 minutes later, a second man arrived. The second worker was much older & looked like he had more experience. The two men worked on the boiler issue together & fixed the problem with ease. After the maintenance was finished, the boiler was no longer making the noises. I do not know if the young man would have been able to fix the problem on his own, although I was really delighted that he decided to call for help instead of using my commercial boiler as a test subject.
