This week is workout day for the shoulders, chest, and triceps.
I did a little bit yepterday but I was so sleepy from lack of sleep that it was a paltry workout at best.
This week I have a bit more energy as I know I slept about seven or so hours last night. I was in bed quite early for a Saturday night, but I was so fatigued that I had no energy to stay up later than that. I rarely go out at night to bars or clubs because I am so burned out of that circus life… Air conditioning in my home office and a good book is all I need at this point to keep me thrilled on a Saturday night, and my lady feels the same as she reads a book in her climate controlled home office near me. My buddy and I sleep in odd home offices because I have a unusual sleep schedule and don’t want to keep her awake with my nightly antics of tossing and turning and eating food in the middle of the night. I used to hit all of the local contractors and pubs when I was in my 20s and 30s, however when I hit 40 I just wanted some good heating on a winter season night and a good book to read. I feel if I stayed in the clubs till now I wouldn’t be so healthy anyways. I still do gigs in climate controlled bars and clubs but I pretty much do them and then race property so I can be with my book, haha! What a celebration critter I’ve become!
