When I called the Heating as well as A/C expert last week, it was because the new air conditioning equipment wasn’t great.
It was only a year old, so I couldn’t imagine there could be a drastic issue with the A/C unit itself. It was still under warranty. I was sure Mike would have found a problem when he did the service, if it was serious. Two mornings later, Mike the Heating as well as A/C service tech arrived to look at the air conditioner. Mike shook his head when he walked in, because he had been the one who did the upgrade. Mike couldn’t believe I was already having troubles. Mike went outside and looked at the air conditioning unit. When he came back inside, he looked perplexed. Mike told me I needed a new air conditioning unit. I was sure he was kidding. This air conditioning equipment was only a year old. How could it possibly need to be substituted? Mike told me they had some recalls on this A/C unit, and the recalls were what was affecting my A/C unit. Mike had to order a new air conditioning unit, but it wasn’t going to cost me a penny. I just had to make sure that the air conditioning equipment was different, and not the same kind my associate and I already had. The Heating as well as A/C service tech assured me it was only certain models, and I just happened to have one of them. Mike would provide me another model A/C equipment that was not on the recall list, and it would work great for us.
