My sister John, just came to me about getting a van for our HVAC business.
I suppose it’s a fantastic method & I fully support our corporation getting a automobile that makes us look prefer better HVAC workers. So since she brought up the method I said “I think we need to hire 1 or 2 heating & cooling techs to work for us.” She smiled at the method & said, “most definitely.” I proceeded to tell him after the recent 2 month holiday I was on I’m sleepy from being on call & helping all the people in this small neighborhood which feels prefer a 24/7 task. All of us are the only 2 HVAC worker’s in this small neighborhood & all the people counts on us, john said, “I couldn’t agree more.” I want more time with my family & also I would prefer more time with my sister outside of us laboring side by side all the time. I would prefer to do a cookout or just relax next to the river & have a heineken with him without worrying about a person’s oil furnace malfunctioning or someone wanting a smart temperature control installed. If we had 1 or 2 workers laboring for us after that I can do more things that we would love doing. I want to have a weekend off here & there & take my wifey to a movie without fear of being called on a task. It’s just healthier in general that we have another lady laboring with us. So I told my sister I want to get an ad out there starting tomorrow & we start interviewing next week. Also, we are going to take our time with this process because we want someone who would do a fantastic task for our small town.
