She didn’t know if she could ever thank the professor and her son.
Aubrey has dyslexia which doesn’t make her stupid, but it is a studying disability. Some people suppose that dyslexia makes you stupid, however those people knew nothing about Einstein, or many other geniuses who have dyslexia. Aubrey has proved to people that she wasn’t as stupid as they thought she was. She was still having a taxing time reading and doing math, however it was because my letters and numbers were jumbled. When she told the professor at the Heating, Ventilation and A/C school about her dyslexia, she shook her hand and told her welcome to the group. She said she had a horrible time with her dyslexia, and if it hadn’t been for a mentor who recognized her disability, she would not have gone to Heating, Ventilation and A/C school. She asked her if she had an easier time if they gave her verbal tests instead of written tests. Most of her mentors didn’t appreciate doing that. They just wanted to push her on to the next grade. The mentor told Aubrey that whenever there were tests, she would give her an oral exam. She also sent her son to her apartment to help her study. Her son also had dyslexia. She said they understood what Aubrey was going through. She didn’t know if she could ever thank the professor and her son. Until she joined their Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation right out of school. Without the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professor and her son, she would not be where she is now. She owns one the biggest Heating, Ventilation and A/C companies in her state, and her son is in line to take over when she retires in a couple of years.
