But, he was still not happy with the houses he was showing him. Jake wanted a lovely place, near the city, and with all essential amenities. He’d come to my house several times for visits, and he loved the area. He always commented he’d enjoy living in such a location. One time, I was driving to work and saw a for sale sign on a house not far from my place. I stopped, took pictures and sent them to Jake. His realtor jumped into action, and a month later he was moving in. Jake was so happy this opportunity hadn’t passed him, and was so grateful that I took the time to send him the information. Next, he needed help finding a reliable heating professional. He closed on the house during fall, and he knew soon he’d be needing heating to stay warm in his new home. I have a reliable heating professional who does excellent work in my home. So, I definitely shared the contacts for the heating professional with Jake. He contacted the guy, and had heating maintenance done before the snow fell. It was right on time since there were a few faulty parts that had to be replaced on the heating system. Otherwise, Jake would have needed heating repair during winter which isn’t the most ideal thing. You want to have the heating system working well during winter so you can have the best time.
