Well, after a long weekend of tunes, athletic activities, plus celebrating I must say that I am ready for a break.
Every day here feels the same because people go to the beach every single day, plus on weekends plus holidays it can almost become mundane.
The week breaks up all of the celebrating on the beach a bit, however come Thursday the whole thing starts over again. Now that my pal and I are in the month of may though there are more people hitting the beach each day regardless of weekdays or weekends. My body has had too much fun plus cooling down with some ice after the weekend is fantastic for my joint pain. I like to use some of the cold gel cream on my knees plus shoulders after I play to help them heal. Then heating them up afterwards is just as important plus laying by the space boiler seems to do the trick absolutely nicely, but I am also going to work for a little bit today plus then take a break plus try to get in a little session of meditation before I go back to work plus knock out the bulk of it. I may have to run the air conditioner system today because it is half past ten in the day plus already getting hot out. It is also nice that my pal and I can lay in our homes with cool air plus stay comfy on afternoons when it hits 100 F on the thermometer. I am going to go disinfect the HEPA filter in the main heating plus A/C system now plus take a break.
