His boiler was making odd noises, so naturally, he called the heating dealership office and booked an appointment for a heating repair. When the repairman got to the house, he introduced himself, showed the client his identification card, then came in. The client had not changed the filters in a long time, leading to blockage of the filters, which interfered with airflow. The heating maintenance took about an hour. The client was impressed that the expert checked the other units, like the temperature control, to confirm their proper function. The serviceman finally shared with my buddy multiple energy-saving tips he can track while using his electric heater this winter, then he also asked for advice on how to care for the fireplace, which was newly installed, and he was looking forward to using it. My buddy wrapped up the conversation by saying that was the best client repair he had acquired.
